Icy Studios Shipping Policy

Every order at Icy Studios is made to order. We produce and ship each piece individually to ensure the highest quality and accuracy before it leaves our facility.

Order processing and production times

Because each order is custom printed, production begins once your payment has been confirmed.

  • Small-volume orders: typically take 3–7 business days to produce.

  • Bulk orders: typically take 7–15 business days to produce.

During peak seasons or high-volume periods, production times may extend slightly. You’ll receive an update if your order experiences a delay beyond the standard window.

Shipping timelines

Once your order has been produced, it is shipped from our fulfillment center.

Typical transit times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 3–9 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (depending on customs and location)

Please note: these are estimates provided by shipping carriers and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as customs processing or courier delays.

Tracking information

You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

If your package appears delayed or stuck in transit, contact us at info@icystudios.com and we’ll reach out to the carrier on your behalf.

Shipping fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, destination, and carrier rates.

Orders over $99 USD qualify for free standard shipping.
Orders under $99 USD will be charged a flat rate displayed at checkout.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order. Icy Studios is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses, missing apartment/unit numbers, or unclaimed packages.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipment costs will be billed to the customer.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, notify us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll investigate with the carrier and work toward a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

International orders and customs

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees determined by your country’s customs office. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Customs delays are beyond our control, but we’ll always assist with documentation or carrier communication where possible.
