Icy Studios Returns Policy

We stand by the quality of everything we produce. Because each order is made on demand, our return process differs from traditional retailers.
How to request a return or refund
If there’s an issue with your order, email info@icystudios.com within 7 days of receiving your package.
Include the following in your message:

Photos of the issue (if applicable)

A short description of your concern
We review all requests within 4 business days and will confirm next steps by email.
Return approval and process
All returns must be approved by our support team before being sent back. Once approved, we’ll provide the correct return address and instructions.
Unconfirmed returns will not be accepted.
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn. We cannot accept items that are stained, damaged, or altered in any way.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs; we do not offer freight-to-collect service.
Refunds
If your refund is approved, the payment will be returned to the original payment method in the same currency.
Please allow up to 10 business days after inspection for the refund to appear.
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Underwear, socks, masks, pajamas, or swimwear

Custom or personalized items created using your design or artwork

Sample orders or one-off prototypes

Items returned more than 7 days after receipt

Items printed accurately according to approved mockups or tech packs

Orders delayed due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information
Order cancellations
Orders that have not yet entered production can be canceled in full.
Orders that are already in production cannot be canceled, but if not yet shipped, we may refund the shipping fee.
To request a cancellation, email info@icystudios.com as soon as possible with your order number.
Production and shipping timelines
Small-volume orders

Production time: 3–7 business days

Orders ship by the 8th business day (from payment date)
Bulk orders

Production time: 7–15 business days

Orders ship by the 16th business day
If your order hasn’t shipped by these timeframes and no customer-side changes occurred (such as design modifications or incorrect address details), we may issue a partial refund of up to 10% of the order value as compensation.
Damaged, defective, or lost packages
Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
Our commitment
Every piece we produce is made to order. This process minimizes waste and ensures a higher level of quality control. We’ll always do our best to make things right, but as a custom manufacturer, we cannot resell personalized items. Please make sure all designs, sizes, and details are approved before placing your order.
