Printing and Customization

What printing and customization techniques does Icy offer?
Icy offers several high-quality printing techniques, depending on the style and print of the item selected.

  • Direct-to-Garment (DTG) Printing: Our high-end DTG machines deliver rich, long-lasting prints directly onto fabric using eco-friendly, water-based inks. The result is a soft, vibrant finish that feels as good as it looks.

  • Direct-to-Film (DTF) Printing: Premium transfer films combined with advanced heat application create precise, durable prints with excellent color accuracy and detail retention.

Orders and Samples

Do you offer samples?
Yes. Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is just one item when ordering through our website. This allows you to order a single piece of any product and experience the quality of our garments and printing before committing to a larger order.

Can I print my own design?
Yes. We specialize in on-demand custom apparel production for creators, brands, and businesses. Submit your artwork through our custom order form or email info@icystudios.com to get started.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes. We work with brands and organizations on bulk orders. Send details about your project to info@icystudios.comfor a tailored quote.

Shipping and Locations

Where are you located?
We have two warehouse locations to serve both North American and international clients:

  • USA: 6529 Cunningham Road, Suite 2305, Houston, TX

  • Canada: 10950 Woodbine Avenue #13, Markham, ON, L6C 3L4

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location:

  • USA: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 3–9 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (subject to customs)

You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?
Orders over $99 USD qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under $99 are charged a flat rate displayed at checkout.

Returns and Cancellations

What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed, and unworn items. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders that haven’t entered production can be canceled in full. Once production begins, cancellations are not possible, but shipping can be refunded if the order hasn’t yet shipped.

Additional Information

What blanks do you use?
We use premium-quality blanks developed by Icy Studios and select manufacturing partners. Each product page includes detailed fabric and sizing information.

Are your garments pre-shrunk?
All Icy Studios garments are pre-shrunk for consistent fit and minimal shrinkage after washing, although 100% cotton garments can experience minor signs of shrinkage.
